Summer Prices

Persons aged 14 years and over will have to pay a tourist tax of € 2,40 per person per night. This fee is not included in the total price of your stay.

Requires a  40,00 € charge for the final cleaning

Booking:

After the booking process is completed, we require a deposit in the amount of 200 € (no fees apply for the recipient) within seven (7) working days. You will receive detailed banking information in an e-mail. After the deposit is credited to our account, the preliminary reservation is considered final and binding.

Cancellation...

...it sounds annoying, and it also mostly is for all those involved.

• For a cancellation up to 60 days before the start of your vacation, there is no cost applied to you and we will refund your deposit without hesitation.

• For a cancellation up to 30 days before the start of your vacation, we will retain the deposit.

• For a cancellation up to 14 days before your vacation starts, we will charge 50% of the total price.

• For a cancellation of less than 14 days before the start of your vacation, we will charge 80% of the total price.

• In case of late arrival or early departure, the full price for the apartment is due.
